Job Description
We are looking for an experienced hospitality professional who delivers excellent food quality and customer service, leads operations confidently, and actively develops strong client relationships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate high standards, commercial awareness, and the ability to innovate in line with current high street food trends.
Key Responsibilities
1. Organise and control all aspects of the catering operation to support growth and profitability
2. Supervise and control food production within agreed budgetary guidelines
3. Meet or exceed budgeted gross profit targets
4. Ensure full compliance with company HSEQ policies, procedures and statutory regulations
5. Plan menus and food production in line with client numbers and standard recipes
6. Manage food ordering, stock control and nominated supplier usage
7. Deliver excellent customer service standards and client satisfaction
8. Maintain contract profitability through effective cost and operational control
9. Ensure meals and services comply with agreed budgets and cost controls
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
11. Proven experience in hospitality food production
12. Level 3 Food Safety qualification
13. Clean and well-presented professional appearance
14. Pleasant, engaging and effective team member
15. Demonstrated minimal absence within work history
16. Ability to work unsupervised and lead a catering operation independently
