Junior Software Engineer Location: Hybrid Belfast Salary: £25,000-£32,000 Equity My client, who are scaling a modern, cloud-first digital platform, are looking for a Junior Product Engineer who wants to learn fast, work with a modern tech stack, and actually ship features that people use. This is the perfect launchpad role: you'll work across the full stack, get exposure to real architecture decisions, and grow quickly in a team that genuinely invests in developing early-career engineers. Why this role is exciting You'll work across React, React Native, Node.js, Python, and modern cloud services. You won't be boxed into one area - you'll touch front-end, back-end, mobile, and data. You'll learn how a real product is shaped: ideas, prototypes, delivery, iteration. You'll get hands-on mentorship from engineers who actually care about your progression.
