Ponteland, Northumberland (just outside Newcastle) £90 – £110 per day (PAYE) | Full-Time | Immediate Start The Role As a Behaviour Support Assistant, you will: Work with pupils who need additional support with focus, engagement and behaviour Provide targeted 1:1 and small group support Support pupils with SEMH needs, ADHD and behavioural challenges Reinforce the school’s behaviour systems and expectations Help de-escalate situations calmly and effectively Work closely with pastoral and safeguarding teams You will support pupils across KS3 and KS4, helping them stay in lessons and succeed.
