The Account Director Role
The Account Director is a senior role responsible for driving strategic growth and long-term value across Xtravirt's most important client relationships. This role oversees the development, health, and performance of key accounts, ensuring alignment between client objectives and Xtravirt's service capabilities. Acting as a trusted advisor, the Account Director influences strategic direction, fosters innovation, and secures Xtravirt's position as a long-term partner.

Key responsibilites
* Strategic account management: Lead and grow strategic accounts in line with company objectives
* Client relationship leadership: Build and maintain executive-level relationships, serving as the senior point of contact
* Revenue growth: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and account expansion across Xtravirt's core and ecosystem offerings
* Needs assessment: Identify evolving client needs and align solutions accordingly
* Issue resolution: Ensure timely and effective resolution of client concerns
* Reporting & analysis: Deliver regular account performance updates to senior leadership
* Feedback loop: Capture client insights to inform service and product development
