Responsibilities
Your duties as a Senior Sales Negotiator will be:
* Develop strong, long-lasting relationships with vendors and buyers
* Conduct property viewings and manage offers to achieve successful outcomes
* Collaborate closely with in-house Mortgage & Protection Advisors to generate cross-sales
* Work with lettings colleagues to maximise all business opportunities
* Support the sales progression process to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
Requirements
To be considered for the Senior Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
* Minimum of 12 months\' experience in residential sales
* Ideally, proven ability to carry out valuations and secure instructions
* Self-motivated and target-driven with a passion for success
* A professional, approachable manner with high personal integrity
* Strong communication skills and commercial awareness
* Confident IT user who can pick up new systems quickly
* Full UK driving licence required
