About the Role:
The Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary will provide vital day-to-day support to Conveyancers and Solicitors, ensuring that all administrative and client service tasks are handled efficiently and to a high standard.

Main Responsibilities Include:

1. Producing, formatting and proofreading correspondence, contracts and legal documents using the firm's case management system
2. Maintaining accurate digital and physical files and ensuring that all case records are kept up to date
3. Liaising courteously with clients, colleagues and external stakeholders to assist in progressing property transactions
4. Arranging and coordinating appointments, meetings and key dates in the conveyancing process
