3. Manage and process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail.
4. Handle customer inquiries and provide information in a professional manner.
5. Maintain and update records and databases as required.
6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
7. Prepare and process invoices and other relevant documentation.
8. Assist in resolving customer complaints and issues promptly.
9. Support the team with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as needed.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Administrator should have:
