Please note – internal title is Individual Giving and Legacy Officer Location: Milton Hospice, Cambridge, CB24 6AB *A Full UK Driving License is essential for this role* Hours: Full or Part time considered Working pattern: Minimum 30 hours per week over 4 days, with opportunity for hybrid working Pay: £25,000-£26,000 dependent on experience (pro rata for part time applicants) East Anglia Children’s Hospices (EACH) is looking for a compassionate and analytical Individual Giving and Legacy Officer to join our Fundraising Directorate. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy and rewarding fundraising team. You will deliver exceptional supporter experience, analyse fundraising data, and while making a meaningful impact in the lives of children, young people, and families across East Anglia. Do you have: Experience managing supporter or customer communications? Experience working with databases, including data entry, analysis and reporting? Highly effective written and verbal communicator? Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service for individual giving and legacy supporters including: handling telephone enquiries, responding to emails, updating or database and ensuring all queries are answered promptly and professionally. Drafting supporter communications in an appreciative and thoughtful manner.
