TRANSPORT PROJECT OFFICER 6 MONTHS INTERIM CONTRACT HYBRID WORKING AVAILABLE OFFICE BASED IN HOUNSLOW £20.00PHR UMBRELLA RATE PURPOSE OF ROLE: * Logging and managing of responses to a range of enquiries within the CXM, such as: Casework (Members & MPs), Freedom of Information requests (FOI), Environmental Information Regulation requests (EIR), Formal Complaints (both Stage 1 and Stage 2) and Ombudsman enquiries. * To respond to a range of enquiries within the Traffic, Transport and Parking inboxes. * To provide effective and efficient business support services for the Traffic, Transport and Parking Team. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: * Effectively manage and deliver casework and in line with agreed timeline. * Deal with customer’s comments and complaints via our inboxes and resolve them to avoid escalating any further. * Lead on taking administrative tasks including processing applications for Street Parties and Disabled Bay applications. * To arrange provision of all service area purchasing and delivery of goods. In depth knowledge of supporting financial and procurement ordering systems, including internal stationery and specialist equipment supplies. * Skills and knowledge to use and manage ICT systems to support all TTP services providing information to support managers and responding to customer enquiries. * Ensure the quality standards of correspondence are at a high level. * Provide advice and support as and when required. * To work with other services across the division such to provide smooth functioning of administration and support of the service, and to provide cover when required
