Responsibilities
* Deliver personalised financial plans and clear, actionable recommendations
* Build trusted client relationships and run regular review meetings
* Provide proactive solutions and keep accurate CRM records
* Maintain CPD and meet regulatory requirements
Qualifications
* 3+ years’ experience as a Financial Planner
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (CII or CISI) + current SPS
* Confident with CRM and cash‑flow modelling tools
* Strong relationship‑builder with an outcomes‑led approach
