Estate Agent Property Valuer / Property Lister
Our clients are seeking an experienced Property Valuer who can expand listings across a geographical area, win instructions from the competition and help the operation increase overall market share. This is a challenging role for a senior negotiator / property valuer looking for a fresh opportunity.

Role
* Help customers get the best price for their properties.
* Successfully list a targeted number of properties and advise vendors to sell for the best price.
* Keep abreast of current market conditions and maintain strong knowledge of the local market.
* Identify new leads and generate new business to improve performance.
* Work closely with your team, downloading new properties and agreeing a suitable strategy for potential purchasers.
* Assist the Branch Manager with day‑to‑day running of the estate agency.
* Motivate and inspire the team; run morning meetings in the absence of the Branch Manager.
