Job Description:
We're looking for a Merch Admin Assistant to join our Product team.
Our Merchandising Admin Assistant will support admin tasks and collaborate with Merchandisers, Buyers, and Designers to deliver balanced and exciting ranges for the Adanola Brand. You’ll be key to the daily operations of the Merch team through strong organization and work ethic. Responsibilities include analyzing sales trends, monitoring deliveries, and maintaining stock levels.
Responsibilities:
* Raising and tracking purchase orders
* Communicating with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and updates to the team
* Managing inbound stock with warehouse and forwarders
* Updating and communicating the critical path and any delays/issues
* Being the main contact for suppliers
* Running and updating sales and stock reports weekly
* Using forecasting tools to suggest re-buys and rephasing
* Contributing to weekly trade analysis from reports
Qualifications:
* At least 1 year in a similar role
* Previous retail experience preferred
* Understanding of forecasting tools
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Strong numerical and analytical skills
* Well organized with good time management
* Attention to detail and effective communication skills
