Maintenance Engineer - Wincanton, Somerset
£45,000 - £50,000
Monday - Friday days + Plenty of overtime

Our client is a leading manufacturer known for quality products. Due to growth into export markets, they are looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join their Engineering team.
Role & Responsibilities:
* Respond to machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and enhance long-term reliability.
* Implement preventative maintenance plans in line with Lead/Senior Maintenance Engineer directives.
* Utilize root cause analysis tools and 5S methodology.
* Support a culture of Continuous Improvement by engineering out persistent problems.
* Perform routine Planned Preventative Maintenance.
* Accurately record all maintenance activities on an electronic reporting system.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
* Formal Engineering Qualification (C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship).
* Knowledge of continuous improvement practices.
* Strong understanding of engineering standards.
* Experience in engineering, manufacturing, or production environments.
