We are looking for a Paralegal Associate to join our client a major consultancy in support of a key litigation project based in their Belfast office.
This is an initial 12 month contract where you will be engaged via TCC and paid via an umbrella company you will be required to work on a hybrid basis of 3 days per week in office and 2 days remote.
This is an ideal role for a recent graduate to progress their skills and experience and utilise a legal degree with a prestigious company.
Job Description:
* Partner with internal litigation teams during the pre-claim investigation and early case assessment phases, of active matters to advance knowledge and understanding of claim and ultimately inform legal strategy.
* Proactively investigate, analyse, troubleshoot and drive a range of sensitive and complex litigation and pre-litigation matters to resolution in close conjunction with outside counsel teams.
* Use proprietary tooling to preserve, search, sort and organise large amounts of electronic data related to ongoing and threatened litigation.
