About the Role
We are Completely Rented Ltd, a small but growing property company seeking a reliable cleaner to look after the communal areas of our HMO properties in Swansea. To begin, the role will involve cleaning one property in SA1 once every two weeks. As we add new properties to our portfolio, the role will expand to cover more addresses, creating an opportunity for more regular and consistent work.

Duties & Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring that communal areas are kept clean, hygienic, and welcoming for tenants. Tasks include:
* Living room: Dusting all surfaces, vacuuming/mopping floors, wiping down furniture and fittings.
* Kitchen: Cleaning sinks, countertops, cupboard fronts, and appliance exteriors; wiping tables and surfaces; mopping floors; emptying bins; ensuring hygiene standards are maintained.
* Bathroom & Shower Room: Cleaning toilets, sinks, showers, tiles, mirrors, and fixtures; wiping and mopping floors; replacing toilet paper/soap where needed; ensuring the space is fresh and hygienic.
* General: Reporting any damage, maintenance issues, or unusual conditions (leaks, mould, broken fixtures, etc.); ensuring communal spaces are tidy and safe for residents.
Requirements
* Previous cleaning experience preferred (domestic, commercial, or HMO), but not essential
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliability and punctuality are essential
* Trustworthy and professional, as you will have access to shared tenant spaces
* Right to work in the UK
Schedule
* One clean every two weeks to start (approximately 2–3 hours per clean)
* Flexible on which day the clean is completed, as long as it is consistent and reliable
* Future cleans will increase as more properties are added (expecting one new property every few weeks)
