To support the effective delivery of 3rd Party Claims, ensuring the partnership is fully compliant with the relevant highways licence & enforcement legislation. Process licence applications, ensuring compliance with the relevant policies and agreements, monitoring payment applications.
What you'll be doing
As an Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities:
1. To work in a team of Licence & Enforcement Officers, supporting in administration functions
2. To liaise with highways licence applicants, contractors, and customers
3. To manage end to end licence application process
4. Monitor payment applications, ensuring all payments due are collected
5. Draft licence and enforcement communications to relevant
6. To ensure processes are adhered to, and to support the development of revised processes and policies
7. To ensure all relevant information and evidence relating to any licence & enforcement activity is collated in the relevant system.
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
8. A knowledge of relevant Network Management legislation, including The New Roads & Street Works Act 1991, The Traffic Management Act 2004, and Highways At 1980
9. A proficiency in works management systems, Word and Excel and dedicated applications on Network Management would be advantageous
10. Good written and communication skills.
