Lead the day:to:day running of a busy kitchen and manage a dedicated team

Create and prepare varied menus that meet individual needs and preferences

Manage stock and minimise waste while working within budget

Ensure food safety standards are understood and followed by the team

Oversee kitchen documentation and compliance, including audits and health and safety
Your skills

Experience as a Chef, Catering Manager or Head Cook in a similar setting
:
Knowledge of menu planning and costing
:
Ability to lead and develop a team in a busy kitchen

Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene standards

Friendly and approachable, with great customer interaction skills
