Position: Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant will provide diverse clerical, administrative, and office support to ensure an efficient work environment for the President and COO of Experience and the leadership team. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, serving as a primary liaison, and proactively addressing issues with sound judgment and confidentiality.
Essential Job Functions
Executive Support : Manage active calendars, correspondence, travel plans, and expense reports; assist with briefing preparations and special events.
Communications Management : Prepare briefing materials, coordinate agendas, and handle urgent matters confidentially.
Event & Meeting Management : Organize in-office meetings and events, including logistics and supplies.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the President or COO.
Desired Qualifications and Skills
At least 5 years of senior-level support experience, preferably supporting C-level executives.
Outstanding organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong multitasking, prioritization, and independent judgment skills.
Flexibility, high energy, and proactive problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and familiarity with AI productivity tools.
