What we are looking for
As a Crane Controller for Van Elle, you will be a key member of the rail team in delivering infrastructure works working directly with our extensive fleet of Road Rail Vehicles. You will be working with our On Track Plant Operators and POS Representative's to ensure safe operations of on track plant.
What you'll be doing:
* Responsible for the safe operation of Road Rail Plant to deliver key infrastructure projects.
* Supervise Safe OTP movements and operations including lifting and the use of trailers and attachments.
* Provide first class service to our clients & customers, ensuring HSQE regulations are complied with at all times.
What we are looking for:
* Crane Controller with relevant categories including COSS & Crane Controller group 2
* Previous experience in a Crane Controller position
* Full UK Driving Licence is essential
* Valid CSCS card is desirable
* Must be reliable, punctual, and professional.
* Good knowledge and experience of railway projects or maintenance
* PTS card
* Able to adapt quickly to support colleagues and customers
* Methodical and structured approach to problem solving
* Good communication skills, both in person and in writing
