Management Consultant – Commercial & Specialty Insurance Location: London (Hybrid) | Practice Area : Insurance | Type: Permanent Deliver strategic and technology-enabled transformation across Commercial & Specialty Insurance. The Role Capco is seeking a Management Consultant with strong Commercial and Specialty Insurance expertise to join our growing Insurance practice. This role combines business analysis, operating model design, and delivery leadership across complex transformation programmes. You will partner with leading insurers across Property, Liability, Marine, Energy, and other Specialty lines to modernise underwriting and claims processes, support post-M&A integration, and drive digital platform transformation. From shaping client strategy through to implementation and benefits realisation, you will play a central role in delivering meaningful change across the commercial insurance value chain.
