We deliver peer-led research, consultations, and prison councils across 40 prisons in England, engaging over 1,000 people monthly. Our work informs policy, improves services, and supports individuals to transform their lives. Most of our staff have lived experience, bringing unique insight and credibility to our work. Role Purpose Lead the delivery of prison councils and peer-led research and consultation projects, engaging children, young people, and adults in custody and community settings to inform system change. Key Responsibilities Deliver User Voice projects, including prison councils and consultations Engage service users across secure and community settings Recruit, train, and support participants and volunteers Plan and support project delivery and management Conduct interviews, surveys, and focus groups Liaise with prisons, probation, and partner organisations Support data analysis, reporting, and dissemination Contribute to wider projects as requiredNote: This is a front-line role requiring r...
