We have a fantastic opening with a high end, luxury brand manufacturer for an exceptional and polished Customer Service Support Agent to provide an outstanding customer experience for their business customers.
What You'll Do:
* Provide high-quality support and exceptional service.
* Handle queries on orders, stock availability, pricing & technical support
* Manage customer records & emails proactively
* Work with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
* Ensure smooth order processing & returns handling
What We're Looking For:
* Strong customer service & communication skills
* Ability to problem-solve, prioritise & multitask
* Attention to detail & strong organisational skills
* Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems (EFACS, Sage, HubSpot – desirable)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferred)
* Experience with export & commercial invoicing (a plus!)
