*PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN ADMIN IS NEEDED*
Our client based in Tamworth is looking for an experience Admin Assistant to join their busy team. Our client are a distribution centre based in Tamworth.
As aAdmin Assistantyou will be responsible for the following daily tasks:
Job Duties:
* Filling out basic paperwork.
* Processing sales credits.
* Posting sales and purchase payments.
* Checking and posting purchase invoices.
* Posting daily sales invoicing to SAGE50/Orderwise.
* Setting Up Customers/Suppliers on Orderwise.
* Working towards monthly deadlines.
* Maintain stock levels & communication with line manager.
* Dealing with queries & communication with the team.
Hours of Work:
* Monday to Friday working 9am until 5pm
Hourly Rate:
* £13.25 per hour
The ideal candidate would also drive due to the location of the role.
