Accounts and HR Assistant, Portrush Up to £30,000 benefits We are working with a successful Portrush based business to recruit their new Accounts Assistant (with some HR duties) to join them on a permanent basis. Reporting into management you will; Accounts payable & receivable Expense recognition Ensuring accurate debtor and credit reporting, investigation and issue resolution Bank reconciliations Assisting with Payroll Preparing files for audit and responding to basic queries New Hire Orientation: Assisting with onboarding of new employees, including document collection Employee Records Management and reporting What we are looking for 3 years experience in a similar role Ideally AAT or similar Experience in using common MS Office applications, advanced skills in excel
