For our client, a leading company in the UK, we are looking for a Occupational Therapist
Salary Range: £30,000 - £70, 000 per annum + Bonus – Depending on experience
Location: On Site - United Kingdom (Multiple Locations)
Your responsibilities:
* Evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities to develop personalized therapy plans.
* Design and implement treatment programs to help patients improve daily living and working skills.
* Use therapeutic techniques and adaptive tools to support recovery and enhance independence.
* Educate patients and families on home care plans, safety, and adaptive strategies.
* Collaborate with physicians, physical therapists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes. Monitor and adjust therapy plans based on ongoing patient evaluation and goals.
* Provide support across various settings including hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers, and homes.
Your qualifications:
* Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy (MSOT, OTD).
* Active state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist (OTR/L).
* Proven experience in occupational therapy (at least 2–5 years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of therapeutic techniques, assistive devices, and rehabilitation strategies.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with diverse populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
* Ability to work independently
* Full UK Driving License and access to own vehicle required
