Overview
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people leaving care? As a Personal Advisor, you’ll provide dedicated support to care leavers up to the age of 25, helping them navigate the transition to independence. You’ll build strong, trusting relationships, offer practical advice, and coordinate services to ensure each young person has the tools and confidence to thrive. This is a rewarding role where you’ll champion their voice, promote positive outcomes, and work collaboratively with families and professionals to create lasting change.
Responsibilities

Qualities (Key Qualifications)
* Understanding that there are layers to a person and the ability to see the person as a 'whole'
* Ability to practice care and kindness
* Excellent listening skills – ask for young people’s views, hopes, aspirations and worries
* Strong communication skills
