Assistant Manager Role:
You’ll Fit Right Inn
As an Assistant Manager, you will support the General Manager in ensuring our Inn feels like a home away from home for guests. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will lead the team, manage daily operations, and foster a welcoming environment for staff and guests alike.
Your responsibilities include overseeing daily duties, leading the team to meet company standards, managing shift operations in a fast-paced environment, and handling administrative tasks such as stock management, ordering, accounts, and occasional guest responses and sleepovers.
If you have a strong background in food and hospitality, a passion for customer service, and the ability to motivate a team, you’ll be a great fit.
