The Role
Working directly with the company's founders, you will bring clarity, focus and commercial discipline to a business that already has the foundations in place. Your job is to scale what’s working - building the GTM engine, sharpening the narrative, accelerating pipeline, and preparing the business for a potential future liquidity event.
What You’ll Own
* Growth strategy and GTM execution — pipeline, conversion, revenue velocity
* Commercial narrative — crafting and scaling the stories that win business
* Demand generation and strategic marketing — pipeline-focused, not brand fluff
* New market and whitespace expansion within the existing customer base
* Strategic partnerships and route-to-market alliances — identifying, building and activating
* M&A landscape awareness and early liquidity event preparation
* Close collaboration with the owners on business direction
Who You Are
* First and foremost a proven sales leader who has also had hands on marketing oversight
* A track record in senior commercial or growth leadership in enterprise B2B software
* A builder — you create systems, playbooks and teams, not just strategies
* A strong commercial storyteller — able to translate complex solutions into clear propositions
* Strong experience with selling into the public sector
