Role Overview
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys turning ideas into action; designing content, managing marketing activity and planning events designed to engage with our clients and partners.
Brand & Content
Maintain and develop company marketing materials (brochures, case studies, capability statements).
Design content for LinkedIn, website updates and internal communications.
Support photography, video, and project capture on live and completed schemes.
Digital & Communications
Manage website updates.
Support email communications, announcements, and campaigns.
Monitor engagement metrics and report on performance.
Business Development Support
Support pre-construction and bid teams with marketing collateral for tenders and frameworks.
Maintain project, client, and framework information for marketing use.
Assist with awards submissions, PR opportunities, and industry engagement.
Coordinate events, site visits, and client-facing initiatives where required.
Administration & Coordination
Maintain marketing calendars and deadlines.
Liaise with external consultants (designers, printers, photographers).
Keep marketing asset libraries and image banks organised and up to date.
About You
Experience in a Marketing Co-ordinator, Marketing Assistant, or similar role.
Strong written and visual communication skills.
Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and operational teams.
Comfortable using tools such as Canva, Adobe (basic), CMS platforms, and social media schedulers.
Experience in construction, property, engineering, or professional services is desirable but not essential.
