As our Religious Education Teacher, you will:
* Deliver engaging and thought-provoking RE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Foster a safe and respectful classroom environment where students feel confident to explore religious and ethical ideas
* Contribute to curriculum development and enrichment activities within the Humanities department
* Support the spiritual, moral, social, and cultural development of students in line with school values
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and pastoral teams to support student progress and well-being
The successful educator will have:
* A qualified teacher (QTS or equivalent) with a specialism or strong interest in Religious Education
* A passion for RE and the ability to inspire and challenge young people
* Excellent communication, organisation, and classroom management skills
* A commitment to inclusive education and raising aspirations for all students
* A willingness to contribute to wider school life and uphold the ethos of Oasis Community Learning
