At Canterbury Oast Trust, we support adults with learning disabilities and complex needs to live fulfilling, independent lives. At Rosemary Cottage, one of our residential services, we are looking for a compassionate and resilient Awake Night Support Worker to join our dedicated team.
What you'll do:
* Provide safety, reassurance, and practical support throughout the night.
* Carry out regular checks in line with residents' care plans, giving priority to their needs.
* Support with personal care, nutrition, continence, and clinical needs where required.
* Complete food hygiene closing checks, fire safety tasks, and other nightly routines.
* Keep accurate records and contribute to handovers for consistent, person-centred care.
* Maintain a homely, safe, and supportive environment.

* Someone calm under pressure with good communication and record-keeping skills.
* Flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a rota.

* A full driving licence (manual) is required.
Requirements:
* Proof of right to work in the UK.
* Enhanced DBS check.
* Two satisfactory references (one from your current or most recent employer).
* Full work history.
