Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Senior to support the UK Medical Devices Team to coordinate & support the process for Technical Documentation Reviews & monitor KPI reports and coordinate resultant actions as needed.
1. To manage the processes related to Technical Documentation (TD) reviews
2. Assisting with management of complaints
3. Enhance customer relationships especially for Key Clients by supporting client calls and attending client meetings as required
4. Raise purchase orders for invoicing clients
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has practical experience of Medical Device Regulations or Auditing Regulations and has worked to a high level of technical documentation control
You will also have the following:
5. Proven experience of working in an office environment
6. High level of computer literacy in using MS Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel, Power point Teams) & databases
7. Minimum of NVQ 3 in Customer Service and/or Administration
8. Experience of producing professional written communications
