Pharmacist Prescribers urgently required for a busy Walk in centre in Sheffield/Barnsley
We are currently looking for Prescribing Pharmacists to work in walk in centres across Sheffield/Barnsley. This role is on a Locum basis across 7 days with various shift patterns available. Our Client is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Prescribing Pharmacists who are adaptable, reliable and flexible.
Role and Duties
* Medication Reviews
* Discharge Reviews
* Minor Ailment clinics
* Diabetes/Hypertension specialty preferred but not essential
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and technical standard of work, complying with relevant Codes of Practice.
* Hold all documentation required by all clinicians under the NHS Employers standard checks.
* Minimum of 24 months UK, NHS experience.
* Professional and cooperative attitude towards patients, customers and colleagues.
* Member of an appropriate professional body and hold a valid registration.
* Eligibility to work in the UK.

We can offer excellent hourly rates of pay, help with DBS and mandatory training and a dedicated consultant available to you 7 days per week.
