Responsibilities
* Take clients out to enjoy local activities (e.g., Shrewsbury Quarry gardens, local cafés).
* Prepare a favourite home-cooked meal for clients.
* Provide a helping hand with medication or mobility as needed.
* Deliver personal care with dignity and respect.
* Engage clients in conversation and companionship during visits.
Qualifications
* Kindness, patience, and a genuine desire to make a difference.
* No formal qualifications required – empathy and reliability are essential.
* A full UK driving licence is highly desirable to meet clients’ needs.
* Flexibility to work across weekdays, evenings, and some weekends.
* We provide all the training you need and support you to progress through health & social care qualifications if you’d like to develop further.
