Requirements for the Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) role:
* You must have a Registered Nurse Qualification (RGN/RMN)
* Valid UK NMC Pin
* Clear DBS.

As a Nurse, you will work as part of the care team, carrying out all relevant forms of care in conjunction with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that care services are consistently provided to a high-quality standard and the personal care needs of residents are met while respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence. You will assist in the nursing care of the residents and in the general day-day activities of the home.

The role of a Staff Nurse (RGN/RMN) within the Nursing Home involves:
* Ensuring the care, welfare and safety of all residents is maintained at the highest possible standard.
* Completing physical/psychological assessments of new residents on admission.
* Creating individualised care plans for residents.
* Updating care plans daily.
* Safely administering and recording of medication.
* Liaising effectively with external suppliers and health care providers.
* Monitoring and developing performance of care staff.
* Ensuring effective rotas are in place.
* Use a person-centred approach to ensure every individual's needs are understood and met with the greatest privacy, dignity, and respect.
