Location: Hybrid – Head office in South Yorkshire
Salary: £28,000–£40,000 DOE + Commission

Overview:
My client, a fast-growing creative agency with a strong presence in both the public and private sectors, is seeking a strategic and ambitious Business Development Manager. This is a key role that will support the agency’s continued growth across branding, content creation, and digital development services. The successful candidate will work closely with internal creative, strategy, and delivery teams to identify new opportunities, forge meaningful relationships, and shape the long-term commercial direction of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and secure new business leads, markets, and strategic partnerships
2. Build and manage a strong and sustainable sales pipeline
3. Deliver impactful sales presentations and lead negotiations through to successful close
4. Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company growth goals
5. Meet and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
