Responsibilities
1. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their unique business objectives and transactional requirements.
2. Support comprehensive due diligence assessments, evaluating financial, operational, and commercial aspects of potential transactions.
3. Support the TS team enabling them to grow the existing size of the client portfolio which gives the potential for larger and more varied projects.
4. Manage transactions from start to finish.
5. Manage junior staff.
Requirements
6. ACA/ACCA qualified
7. Multiple years working in a transaction services team including due diligence or capital markets work.
8. Experience of Quality of earnings reviews, Full Financial Due Diligence and Carve outs.
