Description As aDepot Manager, you will oversee all day-to-day activities in thedepot liaising directly with the Regional Manager to ensure allclient KPI s are met and the depot functions in a profitable, safemanner. KeyResponsibilities Superviseof all operatives to ensure a high standard of work ismaintained Continuously update the Ops Boardand Insphire to ensure all jobs are completedelectronically Carry out Mod+ Form sitespecific checks on site set ups that have been carried out thatweek to ensure safety and compliance Perform daily checks on Daily Vehicle Check forms &review Weekly Gang Check forms every Monday to ensure complianceacross the fleet (ops & vehicles). Liaise with Fleetaccordingly for any maintenance and repairsComplete the log books for all IPV & 7.5T vehicleactivity Complete the Weekly YardCheck every Monday to ensure the depot remains compliant withcustomer & GTM requirements Ensure thecompletion of 1 site audit per operative per month working with theRegional Manager to ensure LRQA complianceEnsure 24/7 call out service is always available via theRota system already agreed. Complete the nights handover emailaccordingly Provide out of hours Duty Managerassistance as per the rota provided by the Regional Manager. Ensurethe Weekend Handover is completed and passed to the RegionalManager. Deliver of team compliance briefswith Regional Manager. Also provide input for the Monthly / BiMonthly Team Brief for Support Services Manager Ensure all Speeding Forms and Recharges are handledand returned in week Liaise with RegionalManager regarding kit levels Complete weekly Damaged Plant Report every Friday Complete Owned / Hired heads report every Monday, Wednesday &Friday Complete a quarterly stock take of allassets. Complete inter-depot transfer where required and completethe Bi-weekly Plant Sheets Work closelywith the Regional Manager with the recruitment of staff and ensureall members of staff receive the appropriate induction, training& probationary reviews Manage anydisciplinary procedures working with Regional ManagerLiaise with client regarding site queries and support TMOperatives with any site queries. Maintain a good workingrelationship with all clients. Complete 100%checking of timesheets and submit for processing everyMonday Resolve any pay queries for theoperatives Manage your own teams holiday diaryand update the Ops Board accordingly (Also update Mod+ for PAYEstaff) Attend client site visits / completesite surveys Work with both the BusinessDevelopment Team & Commercial Team to complete any quotationsrequired Be commercially aware of any jobsthat require subcontractor assistance. Also approve the orders forthe Depot Supervisor prior to placing the work. Ensure allSubcontractor Applications are correct and in accordance to ourbookings Complete the Invoice Run review asprovided by the Regional Back Office ManagerAttend the weekly P&L call with the Commercial Teamand Regional Manager to ensure the depot is performing in line (orabove) the weekly forecast Assist the RBO Teamwith any CAD / site sketches required Answerall TMA queries on day working alongside the RBO Team forassistance Report any HR issues to theRegional Operations Manager and assist in theirresolution Manage all Events from start tofinish including attendance on the day to ensure they are deliveredsafely and to the highest standardsExperience andQualifications Lantra 12A,B, C and D, 002, 010 Preferably Lantra LTMO orTSCO Full clean driving licenceExperience in reading and relaying information on UtilityDrawings Experience using CAD to generate TMdrawings Auditing experience or trainingqualifications an advantageSalary andBenefits We offer a competitivesalary based on experience along with a full benefitspackage.
