As the Maintenance Operative, your role is key in ensuring all requested repairs—reactive, proactive, or pre-planned—are carried out to the required standard and within SLA deadlines.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with maintenance experience in fields such as glass fitting, carpentry, plumbing, painting & decorating, etc. You should be highly motivated, able to manage your workflow independently, and work effectively within a team when necessary.
As a Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for health & safety during and after works are undertaken and completed.
Your role will also involve purchasing and managing materials using a company account card from approved Serco suppliers. Company-provided vehicles will be regularly inspected and maintained in a professional, clean condition.
Flexible Working Pattern
* Mon to Fri, 7.5 hours per day, between 08:00 and 18:00, to meet operational needs.
On-Call Requirements & Out-of-Hours Working
* Out-of-hours on-call duties on a rota basis to ensure 24/7 emergency cover, as per contractual responsibilities.
