Resolution Specialist (JR10002519) Syston, England
Salary: GBP0 - GBP24,960 per annum
Purpose of the role
Proactively manage the sales administration processes related to the aggregate and asphalt commercial functions, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and maintaining our service levels.
Key responsibilities
* Provide a seamless customer experience and take ownership of all presented situations.
* Process all administrative tasks within deadlines, including invoice disputes, service charges, sundry invoices, reducing un-invoiced items through PDI processing, root cause analysis, sales reporting, manual documents, NCR/complaint system, and other admin processes.
* Liaise with external commercial and operational teams.
* Prevent and resolve invoice queries, including root cause analysis.
* Apply market, product, and customer knowledge to daily operations.
* Handle customer enquiries promptly via written and verbal communication.
* Coordinate with orders, distribution, operational, and UKBSC staff to complete admin tasks efficiently.
* Produce relevant reports for internal and external teams, including management.
* Ensure accurate pricing on disputed quotes after resolution.
* Develop knowledge of team roles and provide cover when needed.
* Enhance product and process knowledge of Heidelberg products.
* Gain geographical knowledge of Heidelberg operational sites.
* Collaborate with area teams and departments to maintain high customer service standards.
* Maintain excellent relationships with the customer base.
* Adhere to policies including IMS, HR, Heidelberg Code of Conduct, and the Competition Act.
Education/Qualifications
* Good education level, including GCSEs in English and Maths.
* Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office.
