Job Introduction

2gether Support Solutions is a Facilities and Estates services company providing support to healthcare professionals caring for over 2000 patients daily across multiple East Kent hospital sites. 2gether provides vital services including maintenance, cleaning, catering, procurement, logistics and much more.

The Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to lead and deliver capital projects within healthcare estates. This is a rewarding opportunity to join a dedicated team within the Technical and Capital Directorate, helping to shape and improve healthcare environments across the region.

As Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards - supporting clinical services and enhancing patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage capital projects up to £10 million in value across Trust estates.
* Ensure compliance with HTMs, statutory regulations, CDM regulations, and BREEAM standards.
* Liaise with clinicians and stakeholders to develop and deliver technical solutions that meet operational and clinical requirements.
* Manage and coordinate internal and external consultants including architects, engineers, and surveyors.
* Monitor project budgets, produce business cases, and ensure delivery to agreed KPIs and timelines.

About You:

* We are looking for a collaborative and highly organised individual with:
* Proven project management experience within complex environments.
* A degree or recognised qualification in Project Management, Building, or Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
* Full membership of a relevant professional institution (e.g., CIOB, RICS, RIBA, IHEEM, CIBSE).
* A strong track record of delivering estates or facilities projects, ideally within the NHS or public sector.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and other Office tools.
