The Role
As a Client Services Manager, you'll:
Manage and develop your own portfolio of diverse clients, becoming their trusted adviser.
Build long-term relationships and deliver an outstanding client experience.
Work collaboratively with directors and other departments to ensure excellent service delivery.
Support firm growth by retaining clients and developing new opportunities.
Coach, develop, and lead members of the accounts team.
About You
We're looking for a Client Services Manager who is:
ACA / ACCA qualified .
Experienced in practice at Manager or Assistant Manager or Senior level.
Confident working with a variety of clients, particularly owner-managed businesses.
Tech-savvy (knowledge of CCH desirable).
A natural leader who inspires and energises others.
An excellent communicator who thrives in a collaborative environment.
