Reeson Education is currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to work flexibly across a range of excellent primary schools in Enfield. This role is ideal for individuals with experience supporting children with special educational needs who are looking for flexible work across the week.
We are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants who are reliable, enthusiastic, and able to support pupils on a one-to-one or small group basis in a nurturing classroom environment.
Role Details for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Pay: £82.14-£100 per day (PAYE)
Start Date: Immediate
Location: Primary schools across Enfield, including Edmonton, Palmers Green, and Winchmore Hill
Working Pattern: Flexible days to match your availability
Responsibilities of an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Work alongside teachers to support pupils with autism, speech and language needs, and social or emotional challenges
Build positive relationships with pupils to help them engage confidently in learning
Follow behaviour and learning strategies developed by class teachers and SENCOs
Provide consistent, compassionate support to help children reach their potential
Adapt quickly to different classrooms and schools across the borough
Requirements for the SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience working as an SEN Teaching Assistant or within a similar support role
A caring and resilient approach when working with children with additional needs
Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with pupils and staff
Flexibility and willingness to work in different school settings
