Compliance Facilities Manager Speke - Merseyside £40,000 + Package Brief Compliance Facilities Manager needed for a large well known Facilities Management organisation based in Speke - Merseyside who are looking to employ an experienced and well-rounded Compliance Facilities Manager that takes pride in their work. The role holder will be responsible for ensuring full Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) compliance across eight schools within the Knowsley Schools PFI estate. This includes the review, coordination and validation of all PPM activities delivered by subcontractors and site operatives to maintain 100% compliance with contractual, statutory, and life‑safety obligations. The postholder will work closely with key subcontractors, the FM Coordinator, and the Technical Services Manager to ensure all remedial actions arising from PPM activities are completed within SLA timescales, maintaining a safe, legally compliant learning environment.
