Job Opportunity Business Development Executive (Telemarketer)

- B90 4PD Full-time (37.5 hours per week) We are recruiting two Executivesto join our high-performing Business Development team.

This is not a typical call centre role its a professional outbound business development position where you will play a critical role in building pipeline opportunities for our Private Medical and Group Risk Sales Team.

Our approach is different, it's consultative, service led and focussed on long-term client relationships .

What you will be tasked with: Act as a main point of contact as our Brand Ambassador, representing us professionally whilst successfully building relationships.

Generate and manage targeted prospect data.

Carry out outbound telephone & email outreach to engage prospective clients.

Build, maintain and manage a structured pipeline of follow-up activity.

Book qualified new business meetings (Teams and face-to-face) for the Sales Team.

Attend occasional networking events to support lead generation.

Track KPIs and participate in performance conversations with your Business Development Manager.

You will need to have: Previous telemarketing/outbound business development experience.

Sales experience is important, however over everything we value a service approach .

Those who have dealt with high volume service calls or complaints would also have skills that we value. xkybehq
