Hours: This post is casual; work in the casual pool is not guaranteed. The council is under no obligation to provide work, and you are under no obligation to accept it. Hours offered as and when needed.

The role involves general administrative duties within the registrars team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing excellent customer service for both in‑person and telephone communications.
* Registering births, still births and deaths in line with statutory regulations, including declarations, issuing certificates, producing returns, corrections and re‑registrations.
* Taking notices of marriage and civil partnership ensuring they comply with statutory regulations.
* Other duties as outlined in the job description.
