As our Head Chef you will:
14. Exhibit culinary talents by personally performing tasks
15. Lead the staff and managing all food related functions
16. Work to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
17. Be responsible for guiding and developing the restaurant chefs
18. Maximize the financial performance
19. Supervise all kitchen areas to ensure a consistent, high quality product is produced
20. Ensure sanitation and food standards are achieved
21. Be responsible to oversee all food preparation and all support areas (., dish room and purchasing)
22. Review staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
