Oxalis is looking for a Receptionist to join our Organisation Support team and help create a welcoming, professional environment for all visitors and callers.
Hours Of Work
23.75 hours per week. Rotating shift pattern (alternate weeks):
* Week 1: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM to 12:45 PM
* Week 2: Monday to Friday, 12:30 PM to 5:15 PM
Flexibility is essential, additional hours will be required to meet business needs.
Total Reward Package
* Basic Salary of up to £16,435
* 23 days holidays per annum increasing with service + 8 bank holidays
* Pension contributions of up to 6%
Summary Of The Role
As our Receptionist, you be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring they\'re greeted professionally and directed appropriately. You also support the Organisation Support team with key administrative tasks and help maintain site security protocols.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Answer and direct incoming calls courteously
* Welcome visitors and follow site induction procedures
* Manage internal meeting bookings
* Handle inbound and outbound post
* Administer the access card system to maintain secure site access
Requirements
Essential:
* Friendly and personable approach
* Ability to use Microsoft Office applications including Outlook and Excel
* Experience of using a complex phone system and site access system.
