Job Overview
We are seeking an organised, practical member to join us. We are a family business, and looking for a friendly, upbeat individual to fit in with our online sales business specialising in decorative garden items. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in organising our online sales, which includes packing parcels, providing the dispatch labels, and general running of our business.
Duties
* Packing parcels of varying sizes
* Creating and printing shipment labels
* Unloading and loading vans/pallets of stock
* General tidying up and keeping the warehouse organised.
Requirements
* Be able to drive
* Be a practical person, and fairly fit/strong as there will be large boxes to lift/pack (nothing crazy, boxes up to approx 15kg)
Hours
* Tuesday 10-3
* Thursday 10-2
There is lots of potential for more hours as our business grows. Its a seasonal business so the option of more hours during spring/summer and also Christmas are available. Must be able to drive as there's no public transport to our warehouse, experience driving vans would be beneficial but not essential.
There is also the option of working weekends with us at our many garden shows we do throughout the year, this is optional.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 9 per week
