We're Hiring: Production Line Team Leader Shift: 06:00 – 14:00 or 14:00 – 22:00 (depending on work volume – you must be able to work both ) Pay: £13.71 per hour for AM / £14.21 per hour for PM We're on the lookout for a motivated, people-focused Production Line Team Leader to join a friendly and fast-paced contract packing operation. This role isn't about sitting behind a desk – it's hands-on, energetic, and ideal for someone who loves being on the floor, making a difference, and supporting a team to do their best work. What You'll Be Doing: Leading from the front to hit daily production targets Coaching and supporting team members with regular feedback Training new starters and keeping standards high Maintaining health & safety, hygiene, and quality across the shift Using simple systems for reporting and performance tracking Working closely with other departments to keep things running smoothly Creating a positive and respectful team culture ?
